Our Mission

Avalon Village is a privately funded, non-profit corporation founded to give residents of Alameda both the practical access and the confidence to live their lives in their own homes as long as possible. Avalon uses a concierge system to provide assistance for a variety of everyday needs that make independent living a real alternative to institutional elder care.
